Do you mind if we watch you work? No, not all! We put on quite a show. Make some popcorn, pull out the lawn chair, and enjoy but please, please, stay well out of the work area. We need to keep safe.
What forms of payment do you take? We accept cash, e-transfer, cheque, and credit cards
If I pay cash can I avoid the HST? No. We keep all our work on the books and above board. Not only does it make things simpler, but we value things like education, health care, clean running water, roads and all the rest that we pay for with our taxes.
Do I need to be there when you work? No, we are self contained and do not need the client to be there while the work is done.
How do you lower the branches that you cut safely? We use ropes and various techniques in order to cut and lower the branches in full control.
Is there a minimum charge? Yes, once we have to climb into the tree the minimum charge is $250, to cover basic transportation and set up / take down.
Do you offer free quotes / assessments? Yes, we are happy to take a look at your trees, give advice, check for defects etc. so long as we can do it from the ground. We love trees.
